TOPCAST FINISH

This is when we pour the concrete with no color additive and spray the wet finished surface with the Top-Cast ®, a water-based retarder, and let it sit for up to 24 hours. Upon curing, the Top-Cast film is pressure washed from the surface providing a high-end, decorative finish.

COLORED CONCRETE

SAW-CUT JOINTS

Performing saw-cut joints of any diameter is a subtle way to elevate finished concrete while functionally minimizing the potential for cracks. In contrast to tool joints that are scored when the concrete is wet, saw-cut joints are performed after the concrete has fully cured.
